Per Delta 301:
buff keyword has been added to all Gift Spells so that Cleanse and Fortify spell techs can be used.
Added keywords to HCC so that the technique window will display Cleanse and Fortify.
Note Cleanse tech will only work on Gift of Health and Gift of Toughness.

Fortify I() is now Fortify I (), Tier 1 with techs allowed. It is described as Gives a beneficial spell a 25% chance to generate an additional armor increase of 20.
Fortify II() is now Fortify II (), Tier 2 with techs allowed. It is described as Gives a beneficial spell a 35% chance to generate an additional armor increase of 40.
Fortify III() is now Fortify III (), Tier 3 with techs allowed. It is described as Gives a beneficial spell a 45% chance to generate an additional armor increase of 60.
Fortify IV() is now Fortify IV (), Tier 4 with techs allowed. It is described as Gives a beneficial spell a 55% chance to generate an additional armor increase of 80.
Fortify V() is now Fortify V (), Tier 5 with techs allowed. It is described as Gives a beneficial spell a 65% chance to generate an additional armor increase of 100.
