All available tiers of a Technique is scribed.  Check/Uncheck check box to Record/Unrecord techs you have Scribed.  Expand a category, then click "Show Checkboxes" to display the checkboxes. -    If a Tier is missing (-), then the tech does not exist for that tier level.   TIER NOTES: Tier 1/2 items can have one tech applied. Tier 3/4 items can have two techs applied. Tier 5 items can have three techs applied.
